SKI Magazine and the U.S. Ski Team have taken the hard work out of planning your ski-fitness workout by partnering to create an 8-week online course that will get you ready to ski bell-to-bell all season. The course includes audio-based cardio and strength workouts, and video-based yoga sessions and nutrition lessons from U.S. Ski Team experts. It is all home-based, so there is no need for expensive equipment or a gym membership.

The 8-week online course will teach you everything you need to know to get into skiing. Whether your goal is to improve your cardiovascular or muscle endurance, be more flexible, prevent injuries, or learn how to make easy, healthy meals, this course has you covered. Each class has been created to be completed in less than an hour. You can take the course anywhere you have an internet or cellular connection. We want to make this the best ski season ever.

Delivery Method

Syllabus:

Each week, we’ll have different cardio and strength workouts, yoga sessions, and nutrition lessons. But we’ll follow the same Monday through Saturday routine, with Sunday as a rest day. The strength and cardio classes are delivered via streaming audio along with weekly PDF print-outs and How-To videos for the harder exercises, while the yoga and nutrition classes are taught via video. That way, you can follow along effectively without worrying about streaming issues.

Weekly Routine:

– After your purchase, you’ll see a View your orders link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order.
– Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed, we’ll also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from learnbeacons.co .
– Since it is a digital copy, our suggestion is to download and save it to your hard drive. In case the link is broken for any reason, please contact us and we will resend the new download link.
– If you cannot find the download link, please don’t worry about that. We will update and notify you as soon as possible at 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (UTC 8).
