Course Curriculum

The first week is Basic Backflip Fitness. Basic full body strength is the first day. A yoga routine for stretching and conditioning. Adding more speed and mobility. Stretching and conditioning can be done. Jumps are key in explosive movements.

Injury prevention and backflip mobility are part of week 2. Mobility and flexibility are Advancing. Stretching and conditioning are done on the second day. The bridge has one arm out. Adding rolls is the introduction to Inversion. The fifth day is learning to catch a fall.

Week 3 progresses to a backflip. Reducing fear is the first day of backflip techniques. Deep yoga stretches can be used for insurance. The third day is the introduction to Macaco. The Macaco was improved on Day 4. The Macaco is starting without hand.

Week 4 is about learning and mastering your backflip. Solidifying backflip techniques is the first day. On the second day, Macaco was sitting and standing. Your first backflip. Building backflip confidence is the fourth day. You need to master your backflip technique.
