The hello session is where we learn who is in the room and get ideas from the interactions. For the first time, the teachings have been recorded. When the official teaching starts, cameras usually start rolling, but as you will see, the teaching starts straight away. The data we collect can be changed by the interpretation of a story. If you have better data about your client, you can help them more.

3 people will be able to see the teachings of the 123 in real world scenarios after moving through the teachings of the 123. Any testing we do needs to have meaning so that we can get a clearer picture of our client. This is bad to them because it is their body and challenge. They must do the work to facilitate the process.

We look at how it plays out in a group. Don’t take my word for it, you need to feel it in your own body. We want our clients to feel the changes as well.

We have different participants up and we have different learnings through the sequence. This is the most important thing about this work. We could be doing the same thing with 10 different people and the framework and methodology reminds the same, but somehow every time on the table it looks different and we learn different things. After 16 years of teaching, I still don’t get bored.

There is a lot of information happening at the same time if you have been at one of our workshops. You can sit back and take it in at a pace that suits you. You can go back and look at the parts where you didn’t pick up all the information. I know because I have been stuck many times because of the editing challenge. It was worth it. We aren’t just trying to connect the neurological system to make the physical body perform better. We want to make it easier for people to live their lives. A better understanding of a client will allow them to make the changes needed in all areas of their lives. I hope you experience the joy and the frustration of being on the table, the aha moments and the how when things are not working out, we can use these moments for learning, because that is what we are all here to do anyway.

For me, the joy is when we understand a bit more of our story, and that’s what I love about this work.
