The program is helping me transition from being a seller to scaling my business.

After working in the corporate world as an Engineering manager, I found an opportunity in stocks and real estate around the mid 1990’s. I was told that real estate was the way to wealth. I was looking for something different and a mentor that I could shadow after a number of purchases of late night infomercials and a collection of books and tapes. I had some costly mistakes when I stumbled along and did a few deals that I didn’t know what I was doing.

The key to getting out of the rat race was a few lifehiccups and career changes. Chris and his family team with SmartRealEstateCoach were found after a year of searching. We had a good conversation about what I was looking for and how the coaching program would work, and I signed up for full coaching after that call. I jumped over to the JV Program because I was not ready for full coaching and needed help as I was working full time.
