Three empty-hand forms, chi sao, wooden dummy, butterfly-sword and dragon-pole forms are included in this five-part series. Wing Chun basics, drills and footwork, Chi meditation, Chum Kil form and applications are covered in the first volume. 60 min. Volume 2 covers the applications, one-arm Chi Sao and Chi Sao applications. 58 min. Chi Sao techniques, tactic and strategy are covered in Volume 3. 59 min. Wing Chun weaponry system includes the Dragon-Pole form, Butterfly-Sword form and its combat application. Wing Chun fighting strategy, grappling defense, weapons defense, introduction to Dim Mak, and advanced Chi meditation are covered in Volume 5. 60 min.
