We have come to the conclusion of all the techniques you need to develop for Chi Sao, good body and physical structure, and very good precise technique.

I am happy that you have made it this far, it has been a long journey. You need to become a real WingTchunDo expert by now.

We want to increase your skill level. If you haven’t been well, you should be able to develop all of this on your own.

Various methods of training are explained in this lesson. If you have achieved this then I am very proud of you.

The way I like to practice these lessons is without gloves. It gives you a better understanding of how to deal with your own force and that of your partner.

It’s good to build goals and objectives and become a good fighter. I hope the WingTchunDo University course taught you many other things, such as deep relaxation, and helped you to explore the inner, more peaceful side of yourself.

Remember the better you become, the better your partner will become. One day you will open a WingTchunDo school with me and we will train together.
