Anyone can change their eating habits. That is not what Wildfit 90 does. This system can be used for sustainable health and lifestyle changes. The 13-week process looks like this.

The first week is about foundations and emotional eating.

The first thing we do is shift your food mindset and eating behaviors. Week 1 shows you why you like certain foods. You will get huge insights if you are an emotional eater.

Sugar Transition Part 1 is in Week 2.

The two weeks are about releasing your dependency on sugars. If you have been unable to satisfy your sweet tooth, you will have cravings in weeks 2 and 3.

Week 4 is about learning to love the good stuff.

You will train your body to love eating whole, unprocessed foods during these two weeks. Every enhancement is gently layers on top of the other, because WildFit is not about shocking your system.

Week 6 is Spring.
