To make the increase happen, you need to have an awareness of what muscle group you are working and a connection from your mind to that muscle.

Set a point. This process can change your body’s set point for your weight. The session takes your mind into the future to create a new maximum set point. Your mind and body will adapt to the new maximum set points for weight. You will be creating a belief in your future that you will lose weight and get rid of the fat in your body.
