There are 30 articles in books and journals and six books on counseling techniques in professional publications. Ed has been recognized for his contributions to the field. He won the Outstanding Teacher Award in his college. The Association for Creativity in Counseling gave him the Innovator of the Year Award. He was selected as a fellow of the Association for Specialists in Group Work because of his contributions in group work.
Ed has been in private practice for 35 years. Impact Therapy has been presented in China, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, Indonesia, Germany, and Canada.
